  There's usually a fairly long wait to get in, and one doctor was 20 minutes late, who gave me from grade A advice of to just "stop looking for an answer to my chronic condition", which was just ridiculous; and the lady with an attitude at the front desk has been unpleasant to deal with a few times, so overall not a great impression.

  After the appointment with Dr. Hope (who was very nice and professional), i spoke to the front desk lady about a few things but she seemed very irritated. So i decided to leave the place and never to come back again.

  There are some great GP's here who I've seen, and rating them alone would be 5 stars, but they're being dragged down by other factors.

  When i called to book an appointment, i could not hear the lady on the phone clearly due to bad reception, and she started to yell at me (she actually yelled, i had to take the phone a few inches away from my ears because it was very loud), "WHAT. IS. YOUR. DATE OF BIRTH?" she yelled for the rest of the conversation and sounded angry. I was really upset when i hung up. I was already distressed by my sickness and i felt vulnerable; i was just looking for help.

  I found some of the front desk people extremely rude, and apparently i'm not the only one. My friends choose to seek medical advice elsewhere because they too had unpleasant experiences with the front desk people.
